All unused, unaltered, and untaped in-stock sticks are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, minus the cost of shipping (if applicable).

All returns are to be returned in original packaging and the product must be received and inspected prior to issue of refund/exchange.

Once sent to production, custom orders cannot be returned/refunded.
