  1. Oh no! I broke my stick within the 30-day warranty. What do I do?

    Don't worry, we've got your back! Accidents happen, and we've got you covered. Just reach out to us on the contact page with your order details and we'll take it from there. We will reach out and get some additional information before processing your warranty claim.  

  2. Will you accept a stick that met its untimely end in a tragic face-off with a post, glass, boards, or underfoot?

    We understand sticks have their own adventurous lives, but our warranty has its limits. We're experts at recognizing when a warranty is being pushed to its creative boundaries. We don't recommend an intentional snap. 

  3. What's the fastest way to get back in the game with a new stick?

    We know you're eager to hit the ice again. Once we receive your email, we'll get working on your warranty claim. And while custom sticks take some time, check out our in-stock options – you might find something you like!

  4. Does my replacement stick come with a warranty too?

    One warranty claim per purchase. But let us know if something strange happens.

  5. Why is there a shipping fee?We charge a shipping fee on warranty claims. We have to charge shipping as we  don't bake in replacement sticks or shipping into the prices of our sticks.  We could offer free shipping on warranty sticks but it would cause the price of sticks would go up and that's not us.  $24.99CDN for Canada and 34.99US for our friends in the USA.
